Policies


Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your check-in date you will be charged 50% of your deposit.

If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your check-in date you will be charged your full deposit.

If you fail to show you will be charged the full amount of your booking. If we can rebook your room(s) we will consider a refund, though it will be at our sole discretion.

We do charge a $50 administrative fee to cancel after 72 hours of booking.
.  We encourage you to buy travelers insurance to protect both parties. Please call if you have any questions, concerns, or inquires to single nights or specialization. Rates/policies are subject to vary during high impact periods and special requests. 

Check In / Check Out

Check-In: 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
We don't mind if you will be arriving outside of check-in time, but please call or email us to let us know the approximate time of your arrival.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM at the latest.
If you wish to hang out at the inn after check-out that is okay as long as your items are clear of the room and our cleaning. If you are just changing rooms after adding onto your reservation your items may be stored in the office if you room is not available yet. 

Other Policies

Guests must be 18 years or older.
If you wish for more information on this policy please call. Special situations may allow for children with further communication.

We do not allow pets.
If you have a service animal it must be fully certified and we can only accommodate you in Camas. Please let us know beforehand if you travel with a service animal and are looking to book. 

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in or around the Inn.
We ask you to sit out by the fireplace or pond if you wish to smoke to reduce the blow back on the Inn and other guests.  

Payment Security

We collect and store your payment information securely
 
Services requiring payment often need your credit card details or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. We use third-party payment processors ("Payment Processors") to assist us in processing your payment information securely.

Payment Processors adhere to the latest security standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sensitive and private data exchange happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Website and Services are also in compliance with strict vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. We will share payment data with the Payment Processors only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries related to such payments and refunds.

Please note that the Payment Processors may collect some Personal Information from you, which allows them to process your payments (e.g., your email address, address, credit card details, and bank account number) and handle all the steps in the payment process through their systems, including data collection and data processing. The Payment Processors' use of your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this Policy. We suggest that you review their respective privacy policies.
